We're not spending billions and billions and billions of dollars a year to train this awesomely powerful military to go beat on school kids and home Depot workers or even the few jackasses who are throwing bricks.

United States Marines versus brick throwers for god sakes?  That is ridiculous.  Marines are trained to be a powerful fighting force, not babysit Los Angeles.  Get them out of Los Angeles.
