JLo didn’t have her daughter dressing like that when she performed at the halftime show.
Whats wrong with her stage outfits? All of it. She looks more like a 16-17 year old here. This little girl literally just turned 13 in January. This is disgusting! But YMMV.
She’s a performer on a global stage, not at a middle school dance. That’s what performers do, including kids in dance recitals and theater productions. It’s stage makeup, styled hair, and accessories, which are totally normal in the context of touring with one of the biggest artists in the world.
Well in fairness, some companies and teachers are more mindful of age appropriate, not highly sexualized styles for the dancers based on age. This is thing you see in entertainment sonetimes....the content does not really match the emotional development of the performer. That's why she may look a bit stilted. I saw this with my daughter, now a dance major in college when she was around age 13. The theme of given dance was something like "female power" but really what did she truly understand about that at a young 13? She wasn't even menstruating yet. So yes she looked a bit flat and there was little energy behind the dancing. It took years to grow into that kind of performance. Same process here too perhaps. I think it's just a bit off of her developmental level.
