It's environmentally responsible![/quote] I lived in apartments because my family was poor + I lived in apartments up until age 14. Neighbors, even when we were talking quietly or walking normally would always be hitting the ceiling or our floor telling us to be quiet. Leaving nasty messages on the intercom, knocking on the walls and whatever pest the neighbors got we would get so we'd get mice and roaches or other bugs.
