Not saying the deal won’t happen, but the payoff would have to be pretty big. This type of deal usually takes more than a week or two, especially to complete the financial review and paperwork. So one has to ask, who is saying the deal is done already? Is it the new unknown investors or the less than credible owners? Again, just seems too good to be true.[/quote]
