[/quote] The January 6ers received due process, had their day in court with the government having to meet the burden of proof, had free attorneys provided if they couldn’t afford to pay for legal representation, could file appeals, and most of them were not incarcerated while awaiting trial. Those who were incarcerated still had access to legal representation. The man wrongfully deported would be much, much safer and more comfortable in the US justice system, even if he ended up incarcerated here. His family would probably make that trade in a heartbeat.[/quote]
