The video was clear, I believe he just doesn't want to go through paper work and that stuff if the DA refuses to prosecute, but at least give us the right to file a report. NP. I mean this kindly OP but life is going to be a long hard journey for both you and your daughter if you are fixed on stuff like this and calling it an “assault” and demanding more than a suspension for someone touching your daughters thigh for a few seconds. Do you realize that kids don’t get more than a suspension when they actually assault other kids or the teacher? Teach your daughter how to hit back and that she’s allowed to push and hit if someone tries to touch her inappropriately. A light thigh touch for a few seconds is not a matter for the police though.[/quote]
