Have you been to a seasonal theme park in the last 10 years by any chance? Well, I have. It’s obvious the ones that stripped their year round workforce. Everything looks crummier, runs crummier, customer service is crummier. And those are just some rides on a few acres. Natural parks require a bit more care. [/quote]

People to collect garbage. People to police parking so roads aren't blocked. People to check reservations so the park isn't overrun by too many people per day. Emergency responders for when things go bad (inevitable with millions visiting the parks every year).
