Hunter Biden was literally indicted in tax fraud and had to repay.

Tax charges are misdemeanors. It’s in your own link. Rarely do folks do jail time for under payment of taxes. People go to jail when it’s a long running scheme (like drug dealing or money laundering). [/quote]
