I was at an event where he told parents “you are actively harming your kids” by pushing for elite college entry. This philosophy is one of the reasons our DC chose Blair, but if that message doesn’t resonate for you, it could get old quickly. [/quote] I've listened to the magnet coordinator. He made a good impression, but it is ridiculous to pretend that colleges don't matter, too. Is it really so extreme? And how is "pushing for elite college" different from "pushing for elite magnet program"?[/quote]
