To this day, I really wonder if they boy was a kidnap victim. I was too stunned to get the license plate.  No cell phones back them. 2 days later my brother finally convinced me to call the police ( I was a teenager at the time) and report it. It turns out that several people had already reported the incident.  [/quote]
