So maybe he heard Chinese growing influence in Panama is actually a threat and he then spouts off things like the US is taking back control of the canal. Panama recognized Taiwan ip until 2017 when they stopped and supported China. So then China has poured billions into Panama including the canal. This is absolutely not in the US interest. [/quote]
