My mom taught at a Title I school, too. So, I will just say that the tampons in a men's room are not the worst idea. My mom used to provide so many personal hygiene supplies for her students and even their relatives. She had students ask to take pads/tampons home for their moms or sisters. We all know how hard that must have been for teen boys who avoid anything mensuration related as much as possible. Also, I have 2 daughters who play sports. When they are the visitors at another school, they use the boys locker room/bathrooms. Having free pads/tampons in there would make things easier. [/quote]
