Nothingburger. Want to vote? Show proof of citizenship. Why isn’t everyone behind this?
Because people without passports don’t normally have the notorized documents on hand the day of the election when they are denied the ability to vote. Especially married p women, who may need to document a name change, in addition to a motorized birth certificate.
People can get any required documents. They have their whole life and 2 years between elections to do so. :D Once again, are you a US citizen or from another country trolling on here?
But if they go to their polling place and are turned away on Election Day, they may not have the needed documents on hand and thus may not be able to vote. Being ab”e to get the needed documents and having them all on hand— and the time to go home, dig them out and get back to the polling station before it closes if you vote in the evening are not the same thin* WHICH IS WHY THE COOLING OFF PERIOD EXISTS— so people have time to correct mistakes. Once again, do you a room temperature IQ, or are you just pretending to be a moron?
Yes, my husband would not be able to find any needed papers because he is not organized. I could find mine. That’s individual responsibility
So are you saying disorganized people should not be able to vote because the Governor broke the law? WOW. Although I would note women are objectively stronger in executive functioning than men and tend to be the ones to organize the household. They also vote in higher number to start with. What your rationale does on a macro level is disenfranchise men.
