And you'd be okay with it from any other breed, just not a "pit bull" (which isn't even a breed).

As would a cat. Or a dandruff-haver, or simply someone who didn't dust and vacuum enough. The condo's rules don't seem to preclude owners/renters there from having a dog, so the Jesus OP needs to find a way to fortify themselves and deal with it.
