The idea is to be one or two meals a day add intermittent fast with carnivore. You won’t need to eat so much throughout the day and you won’t feel hungry once you eliminate sugar from your diet. The idea is oatmeal or pancakes for breakfast will make a person hungrier than eggs or meat.[/quote]
