If a number of 8th graders made it onto the team, we can assume that a number of potential high school players were displaced. Whether the OP's kid was close to the cut off line or not, we don't know, but certainly the 8th graders displaced some high schoolers. Why not allow WMS to have a team and compete as WMS in the high school freshmen league?[/quote]
