Portugal and Spain will close themselves off and France, UK, Germany, Belgium and other EU western countries fail.

The Finns and the Polish stand as a military bulwark against the Russians and maintain their European identities while Western Europe descends into chaos.

Perhaps you could define what you mean by a failed state and how the UK meets it. They just had a peaceful change of government and all of their institutions are intact. No doubt they shot themselves in the foot economically with Brexit. Sure there are some racial tensions but not as bad as in the US. [/quote]
