And sauerkraut. I also enjoy stilton. There is a place for these flavors. Not to mention that kimchee and sauerkraut are excellent for your stomach guts as probiotics. A PP explained why aspics and molded foods were very popular as displays of wealth. It was never about flavor but about displaying affluence. [/quote]
