[/quote] The cafe in my office has chicken salad available every day for lunch. They've scaled down for service a lot since most of the office went remote but clearly enough people like it if they keep making it (and most employees are <40). It's my go -to sandwich if I don't like the day's hot entree options. It's a perfectly reasonable summer lunch, served cold, of course. I would think if OPs husband is inviting a coworker to his home for lunch he knows him enough to decide what to serve. [/quote]
