Well no he wasn't even able to do that at the debate he was asked about abortion and talked about terrorists was asked about illegals and talked about terrorists. So he was not even able to read off the teleprompter anymore.[/quote]

I think it is, once again, projection. Remember when Trump went stone silent for thirty seconds at one of his campaign speeches this spring? Now that is someone who can’t speak (coherently, anyway) without a teleprompter. He can speak extemporaneously without one, but it’s going to be a string of nonsense. [/quote]
