Additionally, the rate of cancer diagnosed in people under 50 (particularly 30s/40s) has increased wildly. I look and feel great, still exercise 6 days per week---but I don't for a minute take for granted that I have 20, 30, 40 years left. I also have seen a lot of people whose own parents lived well into their mid-80s-90s, but didn't make it to 80 themselves.[/quote]
