It's also not true in my Montgomery County neighborhood.  Trash men take everything in the can that's not specifically prohibited (eg, large branches, concrete blocks, car batteries), whether it's specially bagged or not.[/quote]

In our MC neighborhood it is very true.  Any small bags are left, probably not on purpose but they move quickly.[/quote]
