This is EXACTLY what is happening in my suburban neighborhood.

Dog walker/owner puts the doo-doo bag in my trash bin that is set out for the trash collector.  I am sure dog owner is not aware that the tiny doo-doo bag is not grabbed when the trash collectors reach into my trash bin.  The trash collectors grab what looks like a large white garbage bag, and leave the small doo-doo bag to fall to the bottom of the trash bin  (they don't want to lift the entire heavy wheeled trash bin upside down when they can just take the one garbage bag in it).  When we bring the wheeled trash bin back to our garage, the dog poop is left to smell.

Bottom line -- I don't have a dog b/c I don't want dog poop in my life.  Keep your dog poop to yourself.

And by the way PP (previous page), I wasn't the person who called you an @sshole for leaving your poop in someone's bin.  So you (PP) made an incorrect assumption "sweetheart".  I called it  "beyond rude."[/quote]
