The cleaning fee where we are is $300. It's a big house and cleaning fees have gone up the last few years. We don't have a year round cleaner, we do it seasonally and then a few more times during the year after we've used the house. So this would be an additional expense, not an offset to a fee we were already paying. Running the heat or AC is already a cost, I'm not absorbing someone's cleaning fee too.[/quote]
