I'm not even from New England. 
My daughter enrolled in this school last year, but she's having such a great time in college, and there are many students of high caliber. Our kids don't even like parties, so we really like that the school doesn't have a strong atmosphere of that. 
And people keep saying there's no campus, but Boston itself is essentially the campus. Spending four years of college life in culturally stimulating Boston has significant advantages that can't be understood just by rankings.
