I don’t think that’s the issue. For me, it’s clear that whoever coaches for a particular age group will favor their current players and field preference. If it’s a brave coach, expect that age group to be 90% brave players and with practices in Robinson or Woodson. Then in year 2, that same age group goes to a MYS coach. Expect half of that team to turnover back to the MYS coaches players from two years ago. The key is who gets the U16 and U17 ages because of recruiting. If MYS coaches, expect Brave players to be searching for plan B during these critical years. If Brave coaches, you get the point.[/quote]
