I'm done hiring from a couple certain top schools including my ivy alma mater, sadly. The kids are smart and knowledgeable but not motivated self starters. Since I can't also hire their tiger parents to tell them what to do and push them along, it hasn't worked well 90 percent of the time. The exceptions have been those who had to work in college to help pay for it.[/quote]
