Schools need to clarify to the whole community (internal and external) what happens when a child seeks support at school with their identity questions and feelings. Make the roles, boundaries and accountability therein transparent to children, faculty, admin, counselors and parents. If everyone is doing their own thing, even well intended, problems will arise that go beyond doctrinal interpretations.[/quote]
