You'll need to follow the school procedure to send the letters but you don't have to ask the teachers for anything else. And it's ok to have those arrive after the deadline (transcripts too). The deadline is for the student. The high school can have a bit more time to send documents[/quote]

Yeah, this. Those should already be pretty much ready from the previous submissions, and when you submit the app, they will get notification to send. You don't have to alert a recommendor for every added school once they've written for one.

Do give a heads up to counselor about the transcript because many schools ask for lead time on those, but I bet they could step it up if they get a request.

I also agree with you helping DD out with cut and paste, and I'm a poster who rails on people who "edit" kid's essays. This is not that. You are being strictly admin support here. Also, hot cocoa and popcorn.
