Seriously, what is WRONG with you people?  OP said the budget is under $40k.  Muhlenberg for one is nearly twice that much and ain’t giving merit aid to a C+ applicant.

Because when a C student may get some merit aid and a lot of college prices are overinflated: at this point, the real tuition price at a school like Mulenberg is half the sticker price. [/quote]
