The appellate court didn’t make a ruling on whether it was or wasn’t a suicide, only as to whether her parents were legally allowed to challenge the medical examiner’s finding. Those are two very different things. [/quote] I’m not being disingenuous and I understand the court didn’t make a determination on the cause of death. But this makes reopening the investigation harder. The court harshly criticized the police investigation. [/quote]
