From my experience, the majority of feds are hard working and dedicated to their job/mission. But there are a minority who are lazy and just do the minimum they need to get by and prevent risk being removed from the civil service. Unfortunately these are typically too visible and hence the public's bad impressions of civil servants. PP sounds like one of those.[/quote]
