Unless you’re in a unique position with access to records the rest of us can’t see, you have absolutely no knowledge what evidence the judge relied upon and/or whether it was a he said/she said case but the judge credited the wife’s testimony and absolutely rejected the husband’s.

As for the shooting, the police seem very confident, but don’t they always, and while all evidence you’ve seen reported may point to a specific suspect, you have no way of knowing exactly what evidence the police are relying on, or how reliable/uncontradicted it might be.

As far as I’m aware, the police have not said they have video of the shooting and/or showing the vehicle in question at or near the scene.
