"Genitals" means vulva/vagina and is misrepresentative of what happened. He grabbed her "crotch" from behind which was reported as "buttocks".

There is some threshold for it to be considered [u]sexual[/u] assault/battery and his actions did NOT meet that threshold.

What he did was wrong - 100%. I'm sure the victims feel violated. He should be punished and receive treatment. But don't pretend like it was something much more serious just to push some political narrative.

I am not sure what he was charged with or convicted of, but this is *absolutely* a form of sexual assault.

Definition of sexual abuse in Virginia:

“ 6. "Sexual abuse" means an act committed with the intent to sexually molest, arouse, or gratify any person, where:

a. The accused intentionally touches the complaining witness's intimate parts or material directly covering such intimate parts”[/quote]

(and btw “intimate parts” includes buttocks in the statute.)[/quote]
