You’re ignorant. Have you been to a college recently? GenZ is the native digital generation and more globally connected than previous generations. They are on track to be the most well educated in history, more racially and ethnically diverse, more tolerant, politically, environmentally, and socially savvy. They have years of internship experience prior to graduating. They choose to work for companies where they’ll make an impact on ESG issues. Their purchasing power is aligned with companies that pay fair wages, invest in their employees, diversity and inclusion. This is corporate America’s target audience. And they’re investing heavily in them. They’re “woke” and fierce. Step away in fear. [/quote]
