DP. If others are that worried about catching covid again, they should be wearing a protective mask. Given that a large percentage of cases are asymptomatic-- probably a full majority in kids-- expecting others to mask when they think there's a chance they have covid isn't going to be an effective strategy.[/quote]

DP. You’re the one that sounds in denial.  Look, if we the parents had Covid and our kids did not, we would send them to school in masks.  But you to need to accept that a lot of people are not even testing anymore (although I think people in this area are more likely to do so).  And kids often present with mild or no symptoms at all. You need to accept the current reality and take steps to mitigate your own risk rather than ranting to strangers on the internet.[/quote]
