But then he wanted to get rid of Cybil and used the cover of the hack to leak the racist email. If he'd leaked it without the hack, it would have been more transparent than he'd done it. With the hack and all these other internal docs getting hacked, no one would suspect him. We see him calling someone to make it happen at the end of the second episode. I'm not sure how Stella knew her done it though. Maybe we're just supposed to recognize fnize it as an example of her being very savvy.
