Free apartments in Forest Hills no less. How many hardworking families in DC would love to have their kids at Murch/Deal/JR but can't afford the area? Rents would have dropped and were in the process of doing so before voucher programs put upward pressure for anyone who pays.

I could not even watch this video. No way should the driver walk the streets for decades, at minimum. RIP to the victim and prayers for his family and friends.
