The PP asked if Lauren knew she was being filmed. I responded in kind. As for public distribution of the video, I do not know. But I'd guess that the video becomes the property of the theatre and can share it if they wish, but I am not a lawyer. Also, I didn't realize there is a legal case against Boebert. As far as I know, the theatre just asked her and her companion to leave because they were not following the rules of the theatre.[/quote]
