As a lifelong dieter currently maintaining close to goal, I was very interested in the scientific finding that my “CO” side of the equation is about 20-25% less than someone who has always been my weight. That’s quite a delta, especially given that I’m still 5-8 lbs overweight. I don’t even know how long this effect lasts because most people never kept the weight off long enough to find out. [/quote]
