Private colleges are slightly lower because of the religious private schools but not a significant rate. I’m not sure you’re using “low SES kids” correctly. Low income college students do have more difficult times with pregnancy and with red states setting women back 50 years, they will be the most effected. They are the only ones getting pregnant.
