So you traveled here to San Diego and brought this with you?  You went on vacation while you were still feeling so sick that you're in bed?  I don't understand you OP.  There is something off about this whole thing.  I've read every post from the start, this entire story is weird. [/quote]

Op here. I had several consecutive days of significant improvement and I thought I was mostly better.

And strangely, I feel pretty much ok in the mornings (able to hike! Swim! Etc.). But afternoon hits and I get very sick. But I had several days where I was fine all day long, so I believed I was well enough to travel.

We don’t live in DC-we are in Phoenix so San Diego is a driveable trip for us.

I only slept 4 hours last night but feel ok now. But I know that come afternoon/evening, the pain and fever will be back.[/quote]
