YES!  He would have resigned. HR puts so much pressure on people and basically threatens them that if they do not resign then they will be fired and one should lawyer up quickly, in order to take your appeal to the school board. They also try and make people sign NDS to save face. You can simply be dismissed in your first 3 years if “people” don’t like you. How in the world does a person go from satisfactory to do not reappoint in one year-a change in the evaluating administrator and a few butt-hurt parents. That’s how….[/quote]
