Nary a dribble when pouring a pancake, removing scrambled eggs form the pan, folding together the ingredients in a one pan meal, pouring the rice or beans into a pot? I don't know if I'm using the correct terminology, but basically the shallow area under the grates that the pans sit on and around where the flame is. THAT area. Hate it. [/quote]
