They will assist you for sure. I never heard of cleaning specially after a BM (other than with toilet paper of course). How odd. Of course I shower every day and clean all areas thoroughly then, so perhaps that serves the same purpose. But it never occurred to me to keep wet wipes on hand for those moments ...
