Bitchy? I think you're confused. Getting upstairs is one thing, now, getting to ENTER the apartment, pass through the doorways, take a shower safely, use the toilet safely, being able to throw the trash, have means to escape in case of an emergency is a whole different story.

It's funny how you dare to talk about what my friends think of me when I know for sure even if you knew them you have no ability to read their minds. You're quite funny. And no. I don't mind my neighbor's everyday noise. I mentioned it just because someone else talked about my children making noise. As I said before I've lived in apartments my whole life and I know exactly where the bar should be set.[/quote]
