Most realtors will try to ascertain how potential buyers are financing a home. Plus she said that one young woman came with her parents and her dad asked her "So do you want me to buy you this one or the other one?" She said the other one LOL. For the other home we sold, the wife's parent paid cash for it.[/quote]
