What are the short and long range effects and consequences of this policy on the pipeline of technology ready graduates in the County and to the local economy in the long run?

If children of non whites made up the senior leadership of MCPS do you think these leaders would sign off on a policy blocking the advancement of able and willing students with demonstrated mastery from advancing in mathematics in this age of technology?[/quote]
