I haven't read about him saying that to Hillary, and it doesn't sound like the Uncle Joe we know. But he probably would have beaten Trump in 2016.

It's not just Gen Z fixated on Trump. It's a lot of us who are shocked and appalled about how the party that previously only demanded we all believe in flat earths and creationism and taking away women's rights and healthcare for as many people as possibly, could have become even more stupid and cruel. We've seen how bad it can get. Stop the bleeding, then you can work on everything else.[/quote]
