Same!

Of course my sport doesn't enrich me the same way my family does, but I have friends I have met through that, I do get fulfillment from it, I compete and that makes me work hard and then have to perform, etc. It provides richness to my life in a way that is different from what I get from my kids, my husband, my job, and my friends. It's not really an either/or scenario, it's just a different method of fulfillment.

To the people saying I must be a negligent parent, feel free to ask my kids how they feel about it. I'm pretty sure they'd disagree. And I'll keep my opinions about you to myself. [/quote]
